By using any of the services Coolpoints offers, including the website and any application programs provided by Coolpoints, ("the Services") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

Basic Terms

4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

Submitted Material

By submitting Content for inclusion on the Services, you represent that you are the copyright holder of the submitted content and grant Coolpoints a perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content.

You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system, however, Content you have submitted may have since been used in a derivative work, and these works will not be deleted.

Using Your Judgement

You are responsible for making sure that any activity you choose to undertake is within your ability, and you accept responsibility for the consequences of your actions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any activity you undertake complies with all local laws.

Coolpoints is not liable for any monetary or property damage caused by users of the Services.

Coolpoints is not liable for any bodily injury or death of any user of the Services.
